Tournament is open for players of all levels.

The format will be of knock-out basis.

All games will be played with feather shuttle.

Rules & regulations of BWF in accordance with by-laws of BAI & TNBA will be followed.

There will be 32 teams in Men's Doubles category and 32 teams in Mixed Doubles category.

Matches till Quarterfinals will be played for best of 3 games of 15 points. If the score goes up to 20 all, then the team scoring the 21st point will win the game.

Matches from Quarterfinals will be played for best of 3 games of 21 points. If the score goes up to 25 all, then the team scoring the 26th point will win the game.

Timings will be strictly adhered. There will be no extra time given to any player/s or teams in between games or matches other than the specified time.

Names of both players (as per their Aadhaar) must be mentioned while sending in entries. Players must present copy of the Aadhaar or any other government ID when demanded by the organisers.

Under any circumstances, player/s cannot be replaced by other player/s in the same team once their first game commences until the end of the tournament. However, player/s can be replaced by other player/s before the team’s first game commences.

Players sending their entries without partner name will not be accepted.

Team registration to be done online only. Entry fee would be accepted till 20 Nov 2024.

Entry fee is non-refundable.

Draws and match schedule along with timings will be published in www.royalbadminton.in on 21 Nov 2024.

All players & teams must report 20 minutes prior to their scheduled match. If a player or team fails to report within 15 minutes from their scheduled time, walk-over will be awarded to their opponent.

Tournament committee & organizers decision along with tournament referee's decision is final on all grounds.

All the above rules are subject to change before the tournament commences.
